Is an active lifestyle after submuscular breast augmentation possible? (Photos)

Pondering BroccoliFeb 13, 2026

I am considering submuscular breast augmentation and would appreciate guidance regarding long-term activity. I rock climb, do pull-ups, rows, and occasional bodyweight push-ups. I am not a bodybuilder and am willing to avoid isolated pec exercises, but I cannot avoid chest activation as a secondary muscle in many activities. I am fairly lean and can visibly see my pectoral muscle definition when flexing. With submuscular placement: • Will regular chest use increase the risk of animation deformity or implant movement over time? • Is moderate activity generally safe once fully healed? For context, I have mild tubular breasts that are wide-set, with a tight lower pole and minimal upper pole fullness. I have very little upper chest fat (ribs visible when I raise my arms). My goal is natural-looking upper pole fullness, not necessarily increased size, and I do not want forced cleavage without a bra. Given my anatomy and activity level, what should I realistically expect long-term? Thank you very much
