The eyelids and creases are both asymmetrical. Am I a good candidate for eyelid surgery? (Photos)

Hi there, I'm looking to correct uneven eyelids. Depending on how tired I am they can look better or worse. The eyelids and creases are both asymmetrical and I'm looking for a way to make them look the same. Would an upper eyelid surgery work for me? For reference, I am 24 years old, weigh 145-150 lbs and I am 5'11.
