Large butt & cellulite all my life. Tried ultrasonic cavitation, vela, fasciablasting. No change. What are options now? (photos)

44 yo 5’3 113lb Have had a fat butt and cellulite all my life. It has gotten worse and saggy. Have done ultrasonic cavitation, vela, fascia blasting- nothing truly has helped. Is there anyone with an answer? I’m so sick of feeling deformed!!!

The multiple assaults on your buttocks and surrounding tissue have left you with an over resected derriere.  Although you are still young, the previous treatments have left you with the need for skin resection, and possibly a minor amount of fat grafting.If you were my patient, I would do a posterior lower body lift which will correct the dimples in your buttocks and the loose skin on your lateral thighs, and minimal fat grafting will smooth out the few large dents that are present.  There are many exciting sounding treatments on the market with fancy names which don't quite give the same permanent results as plain, old-fashioned surgery.  Please see a Board Certified plastic surgeon with a great deal of experience in lower body lifting.

Cellulite is still the most stubborn phenomenon we deal with no good solutions. I have had reasonable success in the buttock area only after placing buttock implants for augmentation. The reduction of cellulite has been somewhat of a secondary gain for these patients primarily seeking augmentation. Glad to help.

Cellulite is really tough but can be improved.  I suggest a combination technique where the connection from the skin to fat (cellulite dimple) is divided or released and then focused treatment of collagen stimulation.  I'm using a combination of Sculptra and PRP to stimulate the formation of new collage under the skin.  Several treatment are necessary to achieve results.
