Aftercare is Carboxy and Radio Frequency treatments on stomach. Is that overkill and what are the effects?

My aftercare for the past two weeks has been Radio Frequency on a Tuesday and then carboxy on Thursday. Treatment area is my stomach. Is that overkill and what are the effects? Are they canceling each other out? I’m thinking I may need a mini tummy tuck. This is 6wks post op.

Doing both treatments together can sometimes be beneficial. However, in your case I would just do the carboxytherapy for about 6-8 sessions to improve the circulation, and then the radiofrequency will have a greater impact. I think you can get moderate improvement from these treatments, but it is possible that the skin is too lax and the circulation too diminished to have enough of a result for you to be happy and perhaps having a tuck would be the most efficient way to fix the problem. I would HIGHLY recommend however, that you do carboxytherapy AFTER the tuck to restore the circulation, improve any irregularities and to minimize the scar.
