I have wide cheekbones But a really narrow jaw, my upper lip is also larger than my lower. How can i acheive a more symmetrical and fuller looking face.

It is possible to balance the lower face with the full midface.  This uses augmentation of the jawline from the chin to the angles of the mandible.  The magnitude has to be artistically achieved  to keep a feminine appearance.
