Some are the size of a quarter and some all little small specks all over my scalp. I noticed that there were these little pigment dots / specks everywhere accept the back really. It looks something was eating away at the top of my head and like a very thin layer of skin is missing. I am experiencing a mild burning / itching sensation. Lastly could this effect a scalp micro pigmentation procedure I had done a year ago if it's fungus?
