Is it safe to do four vials of Kybella at a time?

Yes, four vials per treatment is perfectly safe and acceptable. The average dosing treatment in the Kybella clinical trials was between 3 and 4 vials per treatment.

Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office. I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable. It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella.

It is recommended to do not more than 2 vials of kybella in one area at one time. I would not recommend doing more. Severe pain and tissue swelling will double if you inject twice more of recommended volume. It is better to do it slowly and if required to do an extra session for optimal results.
