Can I get Kybella on my premolar mounds? (photos)

Keep in mind, Kybella is good for dissolving the submental fat under the chin area while contouring the jawline and making the chin more defined, but a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with non-invasive options. Thank you for sharing your photos. The "on label" use of kybella is limited to the under-chin/double chin area. However, I personally have used kybella off-label for many small fatty deformities which include the jowl/prejowl area that you are showing here. The result in a younger person without significant laxity can be very satisfactory. I still recommend you to see a provider in person before any decision is made, because there is no replacement for physical exam for diagnosis and treatment. Treating areas that are off label may pose slightly increased risk, and the amount of kybella to use is determined by your provider. These are all points that you should have a discussion with your injector.

The fullness in your cheek is not related to fat distribution. The contour is related to how your skin drapes and that is directly related to underlying facial skeletal structure.

In particular it happens when someone has a mandible that is small in relationship to the Maxilla.

Removing fat will most likely only create an undesirable effect.

Volume restoration immediately below the area of concern using fillers may be a good option.

I would highly advise against injecting Kybella in your face.

I can only see that turning into something highly regrettable.
