Botox wears off in 2 weeks, advice?

If the Botox is ineffective, there are several possibilities, looking at all three factors involved: the botox, the provider, and the patient. The botox, may be weak, diluted or old. The provider may have injected improperly or inadequate amounts, trying to stay within a specific budget.  But most commonly, the patient may not be the ideal candidate for the treatment chosen and perhaps he/she should consider more invasive maneuvers. If one's deep frown lines and lifting are no longer able to be accomplished by injectables (filler and/or botox) , the patient may likely need to consider facial surgery.

This isn't typical. Botox results resolve in 3-4 months. Additional Botox may be needed or a combination of Botox with fillers, lasers and microneedling/prp may give the most improvement. Best, Dr. Emer

This is not normal. Botox and Dysport results last 3-4 months on average. Dosing is important and up to a certain point, a higher dose will give a longer lasting result. But 2 weeks is just too short. I recommend you get an in person evaluation with another injector.

The results from Botox injections should last 3 - 4 months.  If you're repeatedly having issues with your results wearing off quickly, I'd recommend finding another injector!

My goal is for my patients Botox/Dysport/Xeomin to last three months , give or take a bit. Two weeks sounds odd. Sometimes is related to dose but you had plenty and would not increase dose. You might try Xeomin or Dysport and see how that does.

If you are not getting the Botox results you are desiring maybe it is time to try someone else. Best Botox results are likely to be obtained by providers such as surgeons who do not rely on botox for their income but those who administer it to establish long term relationships. This ensures that Botox is not diluted, etc. to get maximize profitability. 

Botox should last 2.5-6months typically.
The first two weeks of benefit you are seeing may just be the swelling effect of injection of a fluid in an area.
