It has been two weeks since my Botox treatment - 80 units all up, in my jaw, temporalis, forehead and between eyebrows. This is my first ever Botox treatment. I've got severe tension in my temples and cannot lay on my side in bed or even touch them, nothing relieves it. I've had two migraines since the injections - I normally only get two a year! What would be the cause of this? I'm also extremely tired since the injections.

Hello. As a safer option, we would usually use wrinkle relaxers first to reduce the dynamic lines created by frowning. Fillers can be an option in more severe static lines but has a higher risk of complications, so is usually reserved for worser circumstances.

As you have mentioned, Botox can be strategically placed to provide a slight brow lift. Therefore, I would recommend having your Botox injection first, and waiting for 2 weeks to wait for the full effect of the Botox to occur, before reshaping your brows.
