Is it best to wax eyebrows before or after botox?

Thank you eftyhia1 for your question.  I feel it doesn't matter whether you wax before or after Botox injections. The only thing I do recommend is no laying down or bending down for 2-4 hours after the treatment.  Best of luck to you. 

As you have mentioned, Botox can be strategically placed to provide a slight brow lift. Therefore, I would recommend having your Botox injection first, and waiting  for 2 weeks to wait for the full effect of the Botox to occur, before reshaping your brows.

Do not wax your eyebrows before treatment as this may confuse the issue as to where exactly Botox need to be placed so wait until after your treament

Hi eftyhia1, I'd recommend not waxing before Botox. Botox stabilizes in 10 days so you may want to defer waxing until then so that your Provider could be more accurate in case a touch-up is needed. Otherwise, you can have it done the day after your Botox.All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
