What kind of procedure do I need to make my face more symmetrical? (Photo)

I was told by a doctor that my eyes are not the same size and that my left eye is more droopy than the other. Also when I smile I have extra skin from my eyebrow to the top of my cheek on the side of my eyes. I’m considering blepharoplasty, eyebrow lift or temple lift? Not sure which better suits me. I also have an uneven smile and wonder if this could also be fixed? I’m getting rhinoplasty next month and wanted to do another procedure while getting my rhinoplasty.

Yes you appear to have upper eyelid ptosis. Best to see an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation and consideration of ptosis surgery. That is different than upper blepharoplasty but can be combined if desired.
