I would like to understand the details behind the method of full thickness resection for ptosis. I am trying to look for details on this procedure online however not finding much. I’ve had history of 2 failed ptosis surgeries and I’ve recently been advised by an oculoplastic surgeon to consider this method. My condition is currently not effecting vision however obvious drooping with asymmetry. Eyelid skin is thicker caused by previous surgeries
