Are these fat lumps normal after surgery? (Photo)

Hello, I read a similar question and it has me concerned because I feel I have the same complication. I was told lumps would resolve but they have not. I honestly just want someone to confirm that this is NOT NORMAL AND A COMPLICATION OF SURGERY and whether it can be corrected. i had upper bleph and fat augmentation to eyes and temple

Unfortunately lumps that persist beyond several weeks are fairly permanent and will need to be
taken care of.  Several measures can help including as an extreme direct excision.  Because the skin is thin fat transfer around the eyes and temple needs to be done with very fine particles of fat delivered through a fine cannula in small amounts.

I’m not a big fan of fat transfer around the eyes. The fat survives in an unpredictable fashion leaving lumps just like you described. This is fairly common.

The only way to remove them is to excite them. The area is pretty forgiving in regards to scars. I suggest you follow up with your provider.

"lumps" are definitely not "normal" after upper blepharoplasty. In your case, because of all pictures being at extreme brow wlwvation and without more history, it is impossible to say more. I cannot tell if the problem is from taking too much fat out of the upper lid or how the fat augmentation was done or something else. You need to see aq plastic surgeon who is an expert in fat grafting and upper eyelid surgery.
