PS does not suspect capsular contracture and reports my results are good and I should be pleased. Both breast are soft and mobile however I am concerned about the asymmetry. I'm 5 months post op 465 cc Sientra silicone implants. I started at a 34AA with no asymetry however minimal breast tissue. I do massage and compression exercises daily. Should I be concerned regarding the asymmetry? Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated?

Answer: 5 months post op breast aug The right breast looks as if it dropped a bit more than the left. Two ways to approach - drop the left or tack up the right depending on which breast you like best. It is best to wait 6-12 months and continue to see your plastic surgeon in follow up. Keep open communication and discuss a potential plan to give you some peace of mind.

Answer: Asymmetry Hello, I can see the asymmetry. You have a small frame, and your implants are large....I suspect in 6 months your breast shape, position, and appearance will be different. It would be helpful to see pictures of how your breast progressed after augmentation to see if its a capsule contracture issue or a failure of soft tissue support or other. ...you can actually displace your implant with aggressive massage and compression...so I would talk to your PS about his thoughts on your exercises. I have no one doing breast massage or any thing to the breast long term after they are in position.
