We use Fractora in our office and it is great for resurfacing, tightening, and lightening the skin. You can still have it after the filler if it was placed deep enough or the application of Fractora is away from the location of the filler. For example, if you had filler in your lips you shoud be okay to do Fractora on your cheeks or forehead. Generally we recommend doing the energy procedures prior to fillers with the exception of maybe Sculptra. Some current research is looking into doing the opposite sequence but I would wait until we know more. I would discuss this with your doctor and see if he/she can offer alternatives to Fractora such as IPL.
Thanks for your question, Mona. Fractora is an awesome procedure but we don't recommend having it over top of mid-superficial dermal fillers. These include Belotero, Restylane, Restylane Silk, Juvederm Ultra, and others. Voluma or Sculptra should be okay if they were placed deep enough. I'd recommend going back to the provider who did your injection and talk to a doc about Fractora. Usually we just have folks wait 4 months but if you were in a hurry, most of the fillers can be dissolved first.
Patients with questions and concern about their fractora treatment to the neck should contact the doctor that performed the procedure to address these concerns and determine if there is need any need of management

I understand your concern here. Fractora does wonders for skin rejuvenation but is it worth it? In my mind, yes. I always offer patients a pain pill before the procedure as well as nerve blocks (especially around the lips). Typically though, application of strong topical numbing cream for 40-45...
I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with hyperpigmentation, and hope that is has since resolved. I can't help but wonder what tips were used during your procedure. Using the deep, coated Fractora tips, I've never encountered hyperpigmentation. If the smaller, superficial tips were used, it is...
