Can Clear + Brilliant and Laser Genesis help with superficial acne scarring?

Hello Madcha.  Pictures would help clarify if you are a good candidate for the procedures you are considering.  Generally speaking, a device like laser Genesis may be able to help with colored scarring (especially if it's dark marks), but not so much with textured scars.  Textured indentations generally respond better to fractional laser resurfacing as can be seen in the photos at the link below.  Best of luck.  

Without any photographs, it's difficult to determine the best treatment solution for you. Generally speaking, we recommend lasers such as Fraxel, Erbium and CO2 or fractional radiofrequency (Venus Viva, Skinfinity, Intensif microneedling RF) for textural issues and superficial scarring. We combine all lasers with microneedling/PRP to improve the results and accelerate your healing time. Keep in mind that a personalized combination treatment by an expert physician will give you the improvement you're looking for; everyone has a unique pattern of scarring (and a combination of scars), so a customized treatment plan will offer the best result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist and acne scarring expert. Without an in-person consultation it can be difficult to determine the best approach as various lasers are able to treat different issues at different layers of the skin.  Clear and Brilliant can help improve overall skin texture.  Laser Genesis can help with acne scarring as well as treatments like microneedling or prp (platelet rich plasma).  Be sure to talk to an experienced provider about your treatment goals and the best methods to achieve them.  

It's hard to comment without seeing a photo or evaluating you in person. I prefer microneedling or Ematrix (Sublative) for milder acne scarring. Clear + Brilliant is good for enlarged pores and pigmentation although IPL works better for pigmentation alone in the appropriate patient.
