Hair transplant without propecia or finasteride?

I am 30 years old male, and I have mid scalp baldness, and even side hairs has lost. I just want to know if I can take hair transplant with out propecia or finasteride. I don't want to take risk of using these medicine and effect my sex life. Please suggest if I can take transplant without these medicine

Yes you can have a hair transplant without using Propecia or Finasteride. Those are optional supplements, the use depends on the patient.

Yes, but because of your age, you will still lose hair, due to the lack of medication and use of hair products. You can also try other maintenance products like PRP Therapy or Laser caps. A Transplant is possible but the only hair you will have is the hair that was transplanted unless, you use medications to treat it.

Of course you can take hair transplant with out propecia or finasteride.I do not recommend to my patients to use those drugs.It is better to see your photos  in order to understand the problem you have, treatment methods and/or estimate how much graft do doctor need to cover area .

Thank you for the post and questions. it is highly recommended you use Minoxidil and Finasteride, but they are not required. It will be helpful in getting a bit extra density, but you have to make the choice.

Thank you for your question.  You may get a hair transplant without propecia as long as you have ample donor site hairs.  You may consider light therapy (LTS) instead of propecia to help thicken the hair.
