Nose thread lift gone horribly. How can I get a revision to remove these threads?

I had my nose thread nose with LULUKO pdo thread. I am not sure if it will ever dissolve because based on RealSelf and some research, some doctors insist that it will not dissolve ever over time. I do not know what to do now and I feel so miserable. It’s too straight I feel like an avatar. It does not look natural at all. Is there any way I could remove these threads? Some doctor recommended an open rhinoplasty and I am terrified to go under the knife. Is there anything I could do?

How long ago did you have the threads placed? There can be significant swelling from 4 -6 weeks with PDO threads. These threads do resorb over time. It can be as long as 4 months. Heat will cause these threads to resorb faster. They can be removed with a minimal access  but they can easily be quickly resorbed using Radiofrequency.  The best bet is to go back to your provider and let them take a look .
