Nose thread lift gone horribly. How can I get a revision to remove these threads?

I had my nose thread nose with LULUKO pdo thread. I am not sure if it will ever dissolve because based on RealSelf and some research, some doctors insist that it will not dissolve ever over time. I do not know what to do now and I feel so miserable. It’s too straight I feel like an avatar. It does not look natural at all. Is there any way I could remove these threads? Some doctor recommended an open rhinoplasty and I am terrified to go under the knife. Is there anything I could do?

I still have swelling along my jaw after having 1 barbed PDO thread put in there. I’m 8 days post treatment. Is this normal?

8 days is too soon to worry. This area in particular was likely irritated by the thread insertion and caused more swelling than the others. Give it time and ice as needed. I often do a 2-3 week follow up with first time thread insertion patients to evaluate and reassure.
