I had my tummy tuck 10 weeks ago and I feel that my swelling is not getting any better or it’s a very slow process. Beneath my belly button is a bit uneven. I’ve read that it can take up to 6-12 months to get the full effect but to to me I can’t see much of a difference as of yet. I’ve added before and after pics

Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. There is no set time frame for drain to be removed it depends on how much fluid you are still draining. Keep following your surgeon's post op instructions as he is the one who knows your procedure best. Best of luck with your recovery.
The submitted photo appears normal for one week post op. Be sure to closely follow your surgeon's instructions and discuss changes and concerns with her/him. "Red flags" of infection can include redness, swelling, fever, purulent drainage, and fever.
