My left ear has a concha bowl that looks like its glued, right ear has a weird long fold that seems to concern me. My doctor keep on saying it will resolve over time but i haven't seen any changes and starting to lose hope.

You should ask your surgeon, as each surgeon has their own post-op recommendations. However, in my opinion, I would think it’s a little too early at this point. You should wait at least a couple of months for the ears to strengthen before doing anything that involves bending or touching the ears.
I see the area of concern. Even through you may be frustrated with your surgeon, I do recommend following up with him or her. Be clear about what you don't like and see if your surgeon can offer you an improvement. In my practice, I want to know all patient concerns and do everything I can to...
Ear surgery can change the shape of the ears for aesthetic purposes, but it cannot make them so strong that they’re resistant to bending. Have you considered not sleeping on the one side, or sleeping on your back?
