Your donor area looks very limited,you have to be very carefully for a  second hairtransplant .Maybe beard and chest hair extraction can help for a better coverage

Hair transplant surgery is not about "how many grafts" you need, but about how a doctor can match your goals and expectations.  If you already know what 3000 grafts can achieve (since you had the surgery), you can reasonably understand what it may take to achieve your goals.

When I look to your donor site  that is very poor and have a limited area that we are not able to get enough number of follicles even we harvest from chest and beard to cover all bald spot and restore preexisting hair. 

If you want to know how many more grafts you will need, go back to your doctor and ask your doctor. The donor supply might be becoming low
