Want forward projection in my chin with minimal vertical chin height as well. Is this outcome possible with an implant? (photo)

True vertical chin lengthening can be done by either a specially designed chin implant (the vertical lengthening chin implant) or by an opening sliding genioplasty. Looking at the amount of change you are demonstrating the vertical lengthening chin implant would work just fine for those predicted changes.
