After SculpSure. Did it work if you don't feel any soreness after the procedure?

This will vary and lack of soreness doesn't indicate the procedure didn't work. It takes 3-6 months for final results with Sculpsure. Keep in mind, a combination of treatments is needed for best results with Sculpsure. I recommend combining Sculpsure with Vanquish and Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra treatments. However, a VASER hi definition procedure would give you the best results with fat removal and shaping for the thighs but would require more downtime. Best, Dr. Emer

The most important predictor of SculpSure working is the feeling of INTENSITY during the peaks of the treatment cycles. It is during these cumulative 10-15 second durations that fat cell death can occur. The presence or absence of tenderness is not necessary. Different people experience tenderness or pain differently. 
Just make sure you don't gain weight....our patients who put on weight after SculpSure usually cannot see their result.
BTW, do massage, even if you don't have tenderness. The body can attempt to wall off dead fat by creating a nodule, and you want to prevent this.

Thanks for your question.  We tell our patients SOME people feel like they have had a strenuous workout.  Comfort during treatment can be addressed by changing the power settings up or down.  We get feedback from our patients and try to adjust it so there is only mild discomfort.  No matter what the settings, you did get an effective treatment.  Best of luck.

Soreness is just one possible side effect of SculpSure, usually caused by the inflammatory response to the treatment. Swelling and firmness (as you described in your outer thigh) is also a normal response.
However, there is a broad range of responses among individuals - and even in the same person doing different areas - and this is normal, too. Regardless of how you feel in the area, it is not related to the efficacy of the treatment, so rest assured that your fat cells are being eradicated.
Make sure that you massage the areas treated to break down those "clumps" of fat cells, and drink plenty of water (about half your weight in ounces) to help clear them from your system.
