Answer: Sculpsure & Vanquish Results--Add Coolsculpting, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, VASER Both are good for permanently removing stubborn areas of fat, but needs a combination approach to get the most improvement. In our office we combine Vanquish with Coolsculpting for a "Fire and Ice" treatment. I recommend that along with Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra treatments to get the best outcomes. However, a VASER hi definition procedure would give you the best results with fat removal, contouring and definition. Don't let distance dissuade you, see an expert for a formal evaluation. Answer: SculpSure They are ultimately the same treatment for reducing fat. However, Velanquish requires 45 mins and 4 treatments spaced one week apart and can only treat abdomen and thighs. SculpSure is only 25 minutes and only requires 1-3 treatments, spaced 4-6 weeks apart, determined in consult. Sculpsure can also treat almost any part of the body, including the neck.

Google the device name and FDA clearance. Search for "permanent" or "temporary" in the FDA document.
