I am of average weight and height (5'6, 130 pounds) and in my 40's with stable weight. I have disproportionately large upper arms. I paid $2000 for Coolsculpting of my upper arms from a very reputable physician's office. After 3 months with no change, the office gave me a second Coolsculpting treatment for no charge and still there was no visible change.

Answer: Coolsculpt I will first admit that I am not a thin of Coolsculpt. For spot fat reduction, I prefer Sculpsure, as it is permanent removal which is not necessarily the case with Coolsculpt. For loose skin I prefer a minimally invasive procedure with Thermi Tight if he did not wish a surgical approach. Neither fat reduction procedure has a great effect on loose skin.

Answer: Probably not Because Coolsculpting and SculpSure yield similar results (though their method is different), I would not invest in SculpSure. It can just be that your particular situation is not responsive to transdermal adipolysis (killing fat cells through the skin layer). You may want to consult with a plastic surgeon for other options, if you want to pursue it further. Good luck!
