About 3 weeks ago I got a small amount of restylane silk in tear troughs. Today I awoke with this vein showing slightly bulging on right temple. Could the filler have caused this? I also have had an awful cold with constant coughing. We are on vacation and have been doing rollercoasters etc. my doctor said it would be fine to do all that after fillers. I am worried. I also had numbness on right shoulder last night in a small spot I know there’s lots of nerves in the face

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. It appears that fillers placed in the tear troughs would improve the appearance of your lower eyelids. Make sure an experienced oculoplastic surgeon performs a detailed evaluation.

You likely have en coup de sabre which is a localized form of scleroderma/morphea.
