The left side of my upper lips pulls up when I part my mouth, sometimes even when my mouth is closed, even though both sides are the same size when my face is relaxed.. How can I fix this? Can botox work?

If your lip asymmetry is due to unbalanced muscle activity, then botox may be a good option for non-surgically restoring balance.  Consider consulting with a surgeon experienced in lower face botox injections.  Best wishes.
