I had my bbl done Feb I'm some what pleased.But my right side at the bottom is flatter than my left! After asking my doctor for a revision he said he wouldn't transfer fat to the bottom as it doesn't take well.is this true??? Iv quizzed him several times on this.please find a picture attached of my flatness on the right side.Also could you tell me the max cc of fat you can take out and is this the same for the UK. Thank you very much for your time.

Addressing the 'flat' area will depend on how much fat you can harvest and transfer. It is best to address this with your chosen surgeon.

Thank you for the question and the picture. Fixing the "flat" area on your right side will depend on how much fat you have left than can be harvested for transfer and the amount that would be needed to revise the "flat" spot. This will require an in-person examination to adequately assess the deficit, the available fat for transfer and a thorough discussion of your goals and expectations. I would recommend a return to your plastic surgeon. If unhappy with their recommendations, at that point seek a second opinion.I hope this helps. Good luck.
