You appear to have a deep overbite which is the result of a narrow upper jaw. This can be from the narrow upper jaw 'trapping' the lower jaw into a recessed position. Your upper jaw can be orthopedically expanded to match the lower jaw width. Work with an orthodontist/dentist who understands how to do this as many traditional orthodontists will recommend removing upper teeth to correct your overbite. This is a mistake as the lower jaw remains recessed which could lead to adverse health problems such as TMJ dysfunction, Obstructive Sleep Apnea and even spinal alignment. Good luck to you.

I am unsure why you have pressure in your ears due to the limited history you presented. Are you wearing a night guard because of a TMJ (jaw joint issue) or because you grind your teeth at night? Based on your photos, you don't need to have teeth removed...I would get a second opinion
