I'm 25yo female. I It's hard for me to find before and after pics of Breast Augmentations that look like mine, so it's hard to understand what kind of results I can achieve. I've looked at over 500 pics and still can't find a before pic like mine. How wide will my gap be? Will they stick out to the side and go into my armpit? - They're wide set - Kinda tubular in shape - Asymmetrical - Major volume loss from weight loss - Also my sternum bone sticks My biggest worry is a wide cleavage gap

Answer: What can I expect? Based on the photos it appears you do have wide set breasts and asymmetry. The difference in volume can be improved using differently sized implants. It doesn't appear you have tuberous breasts. Your breasts will be wide set even after surgery to some degree, but shouldn't be under your arms. Your surgeon can demonstrate for you what you can expect from results during a consultation.

Answer: BA candidate Dear Polite681687, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would be a good candidate for BA. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
