Hi there! I recommend getting those moles cosmetically shaved off instead of surgically removing them or using any kind of topical to remove them. Getting the moles cosmetically shaved off can leave some pigment in the area and there is a chance they can grow back, but it reduces the risk of leaving a scar or more hyperpigmentation after removal. They can also send the shaved mole to get tested for any abnormalities if needed.
