Fat cut injection to the lower face, leaves dent and discolouration

Most likely this dent is result of fat atrophy due application of corticosteroids. The best way to correct this is injection of filler, or better fat grafts. However, you need a real expert to do this properly and avoid poor outcome. Good luck.

I don’t know what fat cut injections are, but I’m guessing that you developed fat atrophy, which is a fairly rare undesirable side effect of the use of anti-inflammatory steroids.
Steroids typically do not reduce subcutaneous fat, but it can happen as a rare side effect. When it does, it’s usually quite devastating and permanently. Remove significant amounts of subcutaneous fat skeletonizing the area.
Fat transfer may be an option but the area is devoid of host tissue to support grafted fat, so low graft survival may be expected and it may take multiple rounds of fat transfer to restore the volume.
This type of work is difficult.
