I've got a vertical labret piercing and recently got some lip fillers done but the doctor preforming the injections told me he doesnt want to inject any fillers in my bottom lip where the piercing is as he doesnt want to risk infection but said he could if i was willing to take the piercing out so now i'm thinking if i take the piercing out and get a medusa one instead will this disturb/prevent me from getting more filler in my top lip

Yes, it looks like the filler was injected outside of your vermillion border. The only thing you can do to get rid of it is either wait for the filler to dissolve on its own, or get hylenex injections to dissolve it.
