I have had jaw, face, ear, headaches, and numbness. Could my wisdom teeth be moving back to where they started?

I completed Invisalign in November. On the bottom I have only 8 front teeth, no molars and a fully erupted wisdom tooth on both sides. The Invisalign trays covered both wisdom teeth but when completed, my ortho made retainers that only cover the front 8 teeth. Since then, I have had jaw, face, ear, ear, headaches, numbness. I am presuming that my wisdom teeth are now moving back to where they started and my retainer is pulling the other 8 teeth into position. Thoughts please :(
