Retainers after 10 months of Invisalign, can I wear the retainers just at night? (Photos)

hello!! so my new ortho said I can wear my clear retainers just at night for ever my previous orthopedic said I had to wear permanent ones for a year nd then removable at night. I love the idea of just wear then at night, but i wish to be sure that my ten months of Invisalign or gonna remain. what do the lovely doctors in this page suggest? (picture before treatment)I am happy with the results so far, still missing 8 trays (2 mins 2 weeks) :)
