Fold appeared on inner breast 3 years post-op (photo)

Question

I had my implant changed along with a uplift and reduction 3 years ago. All had been fine but I have had a fold apprear could this be from weight loss?

Weight fluctuations can cause changes to the shape and size of the breasts. Have you noticed any other changes, such as increased/decreased firmness or something else? If you have, it might be a good idea to see your surgeon to make sure these changes aren’t anything to be concerned about.

From the submitted photos there appears to be skin laxity.  This could possibly be related to weight loss, age, the weight of the implants, or a combination.  The correction would be a revision to the lift.  If you are wanting to exchange the implants this could be done at this time as well.

Yes, this is probably from weight loss. Your plastic surgeon could do a fat transfer and help fill in this area.
