You will definately benefit with micro fat transfer. You can put fillers also but it will stay for a year or two and you have to keep repeating the procedure. Meet a board certfied plastic surgeon for the best care.

In lieu of fat grafting or filler placement, undergoing a scar revision may yield the results you are looking for. Scar revision involves removing the current scar and restitching the skin in a favorable way. This can be accomplished under local anesthesia. Your scar will remain red/pink for 3 months but aftercare with lasers will help blend the scar so it appears to be a fine line. I think that will give you the best result. My son has a very similar contour irregularity. his laceration was glued which as a plastic surgeon left me infuriated. my son was treated before I had a chance to get to the emergency room.

Providers do the best they can but with a child that is uncooperative it’s very difficult to get perfect alignment of skin edges.

Without perfect alignment this car will often create a deficit from the malalignment and contractile scar tissue during healing.

Most likely the best way to correct this is with the scar revision.

You already have a scar there so having the same scar but with out the noticeable contour would be the goal and I think may be achievable.

Facial scars tend to be very forgiving especially on people with a very white English/European background.

Scars take time to mature and are visible during the matturation process.

The full matturation process for a facial scar is probably around nine months.

This car may be visible especially around the three month mark.

Talk to some local plastic surgeons about various treatment options.

A scar of vision seems very straightforward to me but there may be other options as well. this could easily be done as an office base procedure with local anesthesia.
