Would you recommend a Fraxel Treatment on someone who's had many facial basal cells?

Yes, you can still have Fraxel treatments. I always combine lasers with microneedling/prp to get more of an outcome. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

The Fraxel Dual 1550/1927nm laser is safe even if you have had skin cancers.  Treatments with this laser can help repair sun damage and lessen the risk of additional new skin cancer, however this laser is not a cure for existing skin cancers. 

Yes, you can still get Fraxel treatment if you have had Basal Cell skin cancer in the past. I would recommend you get an evaluation with your dermatologist to see which treatment approach is best for you.
