Hi! I am 2mpo and I've noticed that I have way more side boob from my left breast than my right. I'm not a big fan of side boob. I like more cleavage. Also when I lay on my back they separate quite a bit. Is this normal? I'm starting to regret not going a little bigger in hopes that my gap will close. I was terrified of being too big and now I'm afraid I spent all this money and they're too small. I got 280cc HP Sientra under the muscle. BWD 10, 93lbs, 5'4

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast augmentation surgery.Although some “falling to these sides” of breast implants is quite normal when you lie down, if this occurs “excessively”, it may be a concern to patients.  This phenomenon is called lateral displacement of the breast implant;  it may be of concern from the visual and the discomfort standpoints. Surgical correction is an option.Having said that, based on your photographs, I do not appreciate very significant lateral breast implant displacement in your case.  One sign that your breast implants are in good position is that your nipple/areola complexes seem to be well centered on each breast mound, both in the upright and supine positions. One option, if you remain concerned down the line, is to undergo re augmentation with larger breast implants (plus/minus capsulorraphy surgery,  depending mainly on your examination longer-term). At this point, I would suggest that you continue to exercise patience and close follow-up with your plastic surgeon.
