Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photo. Wait one year out from your surgery to judge the incision site. Often the bumps will fade up to a year. At that time you can get the recommendation from an oculoplastic surgeon. The b appropriate treatment will be based on the size of the bumps.

On the upper eyelids. It seems like the bumps are adjacent to the scar, which means it may represent scar tissue where the suture line was.
It would be helpful to know what kind of suture you had and how many days after surgery they were removed.
Simply having scar tissue removed and stitched by the same surgeon is most likely not going to change your outcome.
If the lumps are not in the scar itself, but adjacent, then a significant amount of skin will have to be exercised to remove these lumps.
I suggest you view this from what it looks like when other people see you with your eyes open.

The thin skin on the upper eyelids typically heals well, but scars along the suture line from each individual stitch can become visible with dots of scar tissue. This is especially true if sutures are left in more than seven days.
This seems to happen more frequently when absorbable sutures are used.
