Correction of Facial Fat Transfer and Submental Fat (Photo)

I am 39F, 5'7, 140lbs. In effort to augment a weak chin, in 2019 I had facial fat grafting (sourced from flank) put in the chin and jaw line, as well to melomental folds, lips and under eye. Did not yield desired result. In 2021 received extended chin implant. Current concern is facial asymmetry, heavy and sagging jowls, thickness in lower face especially when smiling. Seeking opinion on any treatment options to correct and any additional cosmetic recommendations to better balance the face.
