Does losing many short hairs (under 3cm, with a bulb) immediately mean you have female androgenetic alopecia?

I know I at least have chronic telogen effluvium from anorexia. But does losing many short hairs (under 3cm, with a bulb) immediately mean you have female androgenetic alopecia? I'm only 18 and have no other clear signs of AGA.

Not all the hairs on the scalp are the same size and finding some miniaturized hairs are normal. Generally speaking, the number is less than 10 %. Miniaturized and vellus hairs are a normal part of the scalp, it’s just they are not common.
