What are the ways to improve overdone alarplasty? (Photo)

My alar was overdone cause a flat front view, I’m not willing to risk to reserve alar by taking ears graft I’m think about extend my tips and rotate the alar rim is this possible to achieve what I want for the revision? FYI: I’m post op 40days but would like to travel and get a revision after 12months as it’s possible.
