Is hair graft removal through FUE permanent or should I expect eventual regrowth?

If I chose to get just a few hair grafts removed from my hairline using fue method would this be permanent or would the hair grow back again? And also how can a dr tell the difference between hair graft and original hair?

An experienced surgeon can tell the difference between transplanted hair grafts and your original hair by seeing certain characteristics and how they grow.
