Did I have a failed FUE hair transplant? How many graft survived? How many grafts do I need to repair it? (Photo)

Hi i am 37 i did a hair transplant 3200 grafts and 300 beard grafts. I am in my 16 months. I dont think i have density and my left side and midscalp are low. I am afraid that only 1500 grafts survived. I did front &midscalp and a conservative hairline.
