Hello, I've had this lazy eyelid (red arrow) since I was 13, I'm 26 now and I'm tired of using eyelid glue to disguise my problem, is there a surgery to make my left eyelid (red arrow) sit like my right eyelid? Also, will a canthoplasty or canthopexy fix my lower lid retraction? My maxilla and mandible are well developed and I have a positive orbital vector, I don't know whats causing the retraction, thank you for your time! Excuse my grammar english is not my first language.
