Epicanthic folds 1 year after rhinoplasty - what are my options to correct this?

Hello doctors, I had my rhinoplasty surgery more than a year ago. ( 1 year and 3 mos post) and I have medium- thick skin. At first I thought it was swelling around my bridge and eyes/ brows area, and once it goes away my bridge will be more defined and my eyes will go back to normal, but that wasn't the cast because most of the swelling went down but my eyes still appears sleepy and the skin around them still lose like it's an epicanthic folds, is there any solution to fix this?

I can see what you circled in your photo, and I agree with you that it appears to be an epicanthal fold. We have not seen anyone with a significant change in their upper eyelid appearance after 25 years of performing rhinoplasty surgeries. Please consider re-asking your question with both before and after photos, so we can get an idea of what precisely changed. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

I think your eyelids are more or less exactly the same With the exception of having aged one year and three months.
Whatever difference you see in your eyelids I don’t think there is any simple treatment for .
Whether your rhinoplasty affected this or not, I don’t think rhinoplasty revision is indicated, unless there are other issues not mentioned
