I suggest following up with your physician with any specific concerns or questions you might have. Swelling is typical and can last up to 2 weeks. Discomfort is also typical -- but if the pain increases, becomes severe, or does not subside, you should follow up with your physician. Ultimately, if you're unhappy with your results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

It's quite normal to still have slight discomfort at 24 hours after treatment.  More concerning signs severe pain, darkening of skin.  Have you doctor reevaluate urgently in these cases.

Your photo does not show anything that I can see as a problem.  The greatest concern with this procedure is blanching or darkening of the skin after injection - if this occurs I would go in immediately for evaluation.  It is always good to call with any concerns to the physician who performed this procedure with your concerns.  

A nose reshaping treatment will always  cause discomfort for 24 hrs at least. Hyaluronic Acid fillers are the most used in these area, also the safest. Please make sure you don’t have any skin color change other than a small injection bruise because that’s will mean a complication.
