it's been 24 hours and I've been having a headache since last night I also feel discomfort and a little pain on the tip of my nose and it's swollen little red is it normal? Also when I was getting injected I felt the needle and it was painful as well I just don't know if maybe this is why I feel pain because I wasn't completely numbed when I had the procedure done

The greatest concern with this procedure is blanching or darkening of the skin after injection - if this occurs I would go in immediately for evaluation. Answer: A little bit of pain is possible A nose reshaping treatment will always cause discomfort for 24 hrs at least. Hyaluronic Acid fillers are the most used in these area, also the safest. Please make sure you don’t have any skin color change other than a small injection bruise because that’s will mean a complication.
