Can a nonsurgical nose job create permanent changes to the nose?

I got a nonsurgical nose job (injections on the bridge and tip) around 2013 and followed it with 4 more treatments for maintenance up until 2015. I mainly used Juvederm (ultra) but I tried once with Restylane. Although it's been a long time since I had treatment my nose has not reverted back. I thought HA fillers were supposed to dissolve over time not create permanent change.

You're correct, the filler injections typically last up to 2 years. If you are unhappy with your results, you can have the treatment reversed with hyaluronidase. It may take a series of treatments.
